Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Students must cancel their registration at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. After 48 hours, we will refund up to 75% of the registration fee. A note on class registration costs: Our class fees directly cover instructor pay, facility use, and class supplies. Late cancellations make it difficult for us to fill the class at the last minute—and cover those costs. For that reason, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made on the day of the first class or later. If you have questions, please reach out to callie@cocoop.org
